go to www.calligraphr.com and create a new account, it's free.
choose your language and download the template.
If you are working digitally, open it in Procreate or a similar program that will allow you to fill in the template.
If you want to do it by hand, print out the template!
Fill out the capital, lowercase, and symbol boxes in the template. If you need help check out the FAQ page here .
Go to the "My fonts" tab in Calligraphr and select "Upload Template".
If you did it by hand, you can scan or take a picture of the paper with your phone. Just make sure you keep all four corners within the image.
If you worked in Procreate, save the completed page as a .PNG or .JPG file to upload.
You can edit each letter's size and position at this time.
Download your font in .ttf and .otf format. Your font is ready to be imported anywhere you want to use your new font! So far I have imported the font to Procreate, Wix, and Canva with no problems.
